Ingredients
 10 sticks Garlic cloves
 3 sticks Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
 1 tsp Oil
 ¼ cup Butter
 1 cup Chopped onions
 5 sticks Fresh thyme springs for garnishing Chopped onions
 ¼ cup Refined flour (maida)
 4 cups Vegetable stock
 1 cup Milk
 ¼ cup Heavy Cream
 2 pinches Salt
 2 pinches Crushed black peppercorns
 2 Fresh cream for garnishing

Method for Making Roasted Garlic and Potato Soup:

After collecting all the ingredients listed above next step is cooking so lets start making roasted garlic and potato soup.
First of all preheat oven or microwave to 180 degree Celsius.

Next step is spread the garlic cloves on a baking tray and drizzle oil on top after that place the tray in the preheated oven or microwave and roast it well.

Now heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add onions, thyme and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or till onions turn translucent.

Now add flour, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add vegetable stock, milk, cream, salt and crushed peppercorns, stir and keep them till it start boiling. After that lower the heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, keep mixing at intervals.

Now add potatoes and roasted garlic cloves and mix them. Blend with a hand blender till it get smooth.

Final step is just serve garnished with some cream and thyme spring.
