How to make chiken masala

Ingredients
 750 g Chicken with Bones
 2 tsp Paav Bhaji Masala
 3 tbsp Oil
 6 sticks Onions
 10 sticks Garlic Cloves
 3 sticks Green Chillies
 1 l Ginger (According to your taste)
 2 pinches Salt
 1 ½ tsp Red Chillie Powder
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 1 ½ tsp Garam masala powder
 ½ cup Tomato puree
 1 tsp Cumin powder
 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 2 tsp Fresh cream
 12 sticks Fresh Coriander springs

Method for Cooking Chicken Masala :

After collecting all the ingredients listed above next step is cooking so lets start cooking Chicken Masala.
First step is light the burner and heats the oil in a non-stick pan. Chop the onions finely and add chopped onions to the non-stick pan and keep it till it turn into golden color.

Take garlic, green chilies and ginger and grind them together with a little water and make a coarse paste.

Next step is put the chicken pieces in a bowl. Now add salt (according to your taste), 0.5 (half) teaspoon red chili powder, 1/4 (one of fourth) teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala and mix them well. Set to marinate.

Now add the ground paste to non-stick pan, mix well and saute for a minute. Next step is add tomato puree, mix well and saute for a minute.

Now add remaining pav bhaji masala, remaining red chilli powder, remaining turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and remaining garam masala powder mix them all very well and cook this mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.

After doing this add marinated chicken, mix well and cook. Add salt (according to your taste), mix and cook on high heat for a minute.

Cover and cook on low heat till the chicken is fully cooked.

Now dry roast cumin seeds till fragrant.

Now add cream to the chicken and mix well. Cook it for a minute.

Final step is just serving hot garnished with coriander springs and roasted cumin seeds.
