Ingredients for Making Andhra Chicken Fry:
 750 g Chicken cut into 2 inch pieces on the bone
 ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Red chilli powder
 2 tsp Coriander powder
 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
 2 pinches Salt
 2 tbsp Oil
 2 sticks Green chillies slit
 8 sticks Curry leaves
 3 sticks Onions sliced
 ½ cup Onion paste
 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves chopped
 2 pinches Spice powder
 2 sticks Clove
 ½ stick Cinnamon
 2 sticks Green cardamom
 1 tsp Black peppercorns

Method for Cooking Andhra Chicken Fry:

After collecting all the ingredients listed above next step is cooking so lets start cooking.
First step is grind cloves, cinnamon,green cardamoms and black peppercorns to a fine powder.

After that take chicken in bowl. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, ground spice mix and salt (according to your taste) and mix them well and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

Light the burner and heat oil in a non-stick pan. Now add green chillies, curry leaves and saute till it turn into light golden colour.

After doing all this steps add onions paste and saute for 1 minute. Add marinated chicken and sear on high for 2 minutes.

Now add 0.5 (half) cup water, cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or till the chicken is fully cooked.

Final step is just add coriander leaves, mix it well and serve hot in front of your family members or friend circle.
